Reservation and Payment Conditions
Deposit
- We require a 25% of total amount to confirm the reservation which we will charge to your credit card.
- Minimum deposit equivalent to payment for the first night.
- We cannot accept bookings for less than two nights.
Cancellation Policies
- If the cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to arrival no refund will be made.
- In case the client fails to appear without having cancelled we will charge 80% of the total amount due.
Groups
- For groups of 6 or more persons there are special reservation and payment conditions.
